Our team is passionate about leveraging artificial intelligence to drive real-world impact, and we are looking for an Implementation Manager to lead customer deployments, ensuring seamless integration of our technology into client environments.
As an Implementation Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers during onboarding and deployment. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful integrations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a blend of technical & business expertise, project management acumen, and strong stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between customer needs and our AI-powered solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to successful go-live.
Technical Integration: Guide customers through API integrations, data workflows, and system configurations, ensuring our AI solutions align with their existing infrastructure.
Customer Success Enablement: Work closely with customers to drive adoption, optimize performance, and troubleshoot implementation roadblocks.
Process Optimization: Develop best practices, playbooks, and repeatable processes to scale implementation efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.
Business Expertise: Help the customer map the right workflows to drive positive ROI and business outcomes
Training & Documentation: Develop technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content to support customers and internal teams.
3-7 years of experience in Implementation Management, Technical Project Management, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.
Strong experience in AI-driven SaaS, APIs, enterprise software, or technical integrations.
Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to lead multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and enterprise IT environments.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate conversations with executives, technical teams, and end-users.
Experience working in an early-stage startup is a plus – adaptability and a problem-solving mindset are key.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML solutions is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where processes are evolving.
