Financial Analyst, Treasury Services

Overview

The Treasury Services Financial Analyst, is responsible for but not limited to the following: daily cash management support, merchant and payment service support, executive cash reporting preparation and other reporting and analysis to help facilitate understanding of cash management services.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cash position of the company daily, review bank activity and monitor for fraudulent transactions• Strong aptitude in Microsoft programs; particularly PowerPoint and Excel• Provide support to business office and accounting departments as well as colleagues in various clinical locations across the country• Capable and comfortable with presentations• Demonstrated skills requiring interpretation of loan agreements, contracts, as well as policy and procedures• Analyze bank and merchant service costs and update monthly tracking mechanisms• Prepare weekly executive cash collection reports• Initiate electronic payments with various banking systems• Maintain critical spreadsheets for tracking accounts, locations, etc.• Performs additional spreadsheet analysis as needed• Provide financial analysis assistance and support to department as needed

Education Level: Bachelor’s DegreeMajor:

Degree must be from an accredited college or university.

Customarily has at least the following experience: 1 year• Customarily has at least one year finance, cash management or accounting experience
