We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, technically minded Civil Engineer with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team in applying engineering skills to a variety of challenging projects. We are looking for someone with experience that ranges from civil design projects through construction.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Expected Base Salary: $70,000 to $85,000 based on experience.
• Paid overtime at 1.0 times hourly rate.
• Competitive end of year discretionary bonus based on company/team/personal performance.
• Hybrid work schedule (subject to change).
• 401k with maximum of 5% Contribution Matching with 9% Employee Contribution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
• Civil Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T.) preferred
• Ability/desire to obtain a P.E. license when eligible, if not currently licensed
• 0-3 years of professional experience in the design of commercial, office, mixed-use, multi-family residential, education, municipal, and Federal projects
• Technical experience with site layouts, precise grading, stormwater management, hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical studies, preparation and processing of public improvement and grading plans, and earthwork calculations preferred
• Experience coordinating with a multi-discipline design team preferred
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred
• Working with counterparts in other offices to share workload when required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• A positive, can-do attitude

Expected Salary Range $70,000.00 to $85,000.00.
