Quick learner with a strong interest in transportation and logistics compliance; eager to grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
Based in Dallas with flexibility for hybrid work; comfortable handling mail, inspections, and in-office coordination several days per week
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for fleet registrations, titles, and renewals

Track renewal timelines and proactively flag upcoming expirations or gaps
0–2 years of experience in a compliance, safety, or administrative role (trucking or logistics experience is a plus)
Familiarity with transportation regulations preferred but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital filing systems, and web portals
Clear written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
