Responsibilities
- Monitor and investigate alerts to identify attacks
- Work with Engineering and Operations teams to mitigate attacks
- Communicate extensively with customers via chat, email, and phone
- Configure/manage security monitoring rules
- Compare traffic signatures to determine valid vs. malicious traffic
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
