Business Development Representative

Clockwork.io is a pioneering Silicon Valley startup focused on redefining the foundations of distributed computing as they relate to AI networking. We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative skilled in outbound sales to help build our sales development organization.

Skills

  • Outbound sales experience
  • Data-driven metrics and KPI management
  • Experience selling into large enterprise accounts
  • Familiarity with AI tools and CRMs
  • B2B infrastructure experience

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting into large enterprise accounts
  • Build and refine outbound playbooks and processes
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Set and track structured KPIs and activity metrics
  • Help build a scalable pipeline-generation engine
  • Execute individual outreach while mentoring future hires
  • Leverage AI-driven tools for personalized outreach

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
