Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet company needs.
- Optimize business processes using Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and approval workflows.
- Architect and implement integrations between Salesforce and other applications using APIs and middleware.
- Maintain data accuracy, compliance, and governance within Salesforce and related systems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Support teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Improve DevOps practices through automated testing and CI/CD pipelines with Salesforce DX and version control.
- Analyze system performance and implement enhancements to scalability and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and provide training to stakeholders.
- Support ongoing system operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform functionality improvement.
Education
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
- Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
