For marketers at restaurants and quick-service brands, reliably acquiring new customers is incredibly tough. Traditionally, they rely heavily on platforms like Meta, Google, or TikTok - channels that often leave them uncertain about true ad effectiveness and provide minimal control over acquisition costs for quality customers or "regulars". Marketers frequently express a strong desire to better understand and control store traffic while shifting spend away from these costly, opaque channels.

You are a strategic, scrappy, and creative Head of Market Growth to spearhead our city launches and expansion and drive growth through the combination of product and marketing initiatives in integrated campaigns.
As we enter new markets, your mission will be to design and execute high-impact GTM strategies that seamlessly integrate product, growth, and marketing into unforgettable local moments that scale.
You’ll be a key player on the Growth team, working cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Ops to create integrated campaigns that drive awareness and acquisition in new cities.
5–7 years of experience in GTM, growth, product marketing, or generalist marketing roles at a high-growth consumer company
Proven success in launching new markets, especially with localized product, marketing, or community activations
Strong cross-functional chops—you’re as comfortable jamming with engineers and PMs as you are aligning with brand or influencer marketers
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, ideally in marketplaces, social apps, or lifestyle brands
Experience working with channel leads and strong familiarity with how they work, from paid, to influencer, to field, you are a generalist who can speak these different languages
You think strategically but move fast, test ideas in the real world, and don’t wait for perfect
0-1 building experience - you're used to working at a startup and navigating new challenges with the resources you have
Experience with community-led growth, ambassador programs, or local grassroots marketing like events and field marketing
Familiarity with virality, referrals, and product-led growth mechanisms—and a track record of building or optimizing them
Love + familiarity with AI tools to enable you to accelerate your work
Though technical skills are not required, familiarity with data visualization tools (Mode or similar) and analytical mindset are strongly preferred
We love the energy that comes from building in-person together, so we’re prioritizing hiring in New York City to work alongside our NYC-based team, including Claim’s Head of Growth.

You’ll be a key player on the growth team, owning the GTM playbook in our cities to launch and scale them. You will work with the rest of the consumer team (marketing and product) to be able to maximize impact, creating integrated campaigns that drive customer acquisition.
Partner with the leadership team to determine market-level goals, and priorities to develop and grow the scalable GTM playbook
Own the GTM strategy for new city launches, from planning to post-launch optimization.
Be the central hub from plan to execution - you’ll be the operational lead to ensure the execution of our initiatives, from one-offs to get the campaign off the ground, to creating the scalable processes across our cities
Create and prioritize on-the-ground activities that link to and amplify our integrated and product strategies to maximize viral local growth (experiential, ambassadors, field marketing etc.)
Collaborate with influencer, paid, and social teams to translate on-the-ground insights into full-funnel integrated campaigns.
Use a mix of product data, growth metrics, A/B tests, and qualitative feedback to evaluate impact and inform iteration.

Salary: The anticipated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by several factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
