Responsibilities
- Provide onsite event support and project management including participation when needed
- Create realistic demo versions of fleet management software using data analysis
- Manage daily logistics and communications for automotive events and sponsorships
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding roles, budgets, and schedules
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities and execute events with results reporting
- Schedule team meetings and manage inter-team communications to meet deadlines
- Monitor data inputs, budgets, lead generation, status reports, and action item lists
- Take initiative to complete tasks and ensure accountability on project components
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Relevant industry knowledge or training in project/event management
