Key Account Customer Success Associate

We are seeking a Key Account Customer Success Associate to manage key enterprise client relationships, ensuring successful adoption and satisfaction of our POS solutions. This role requires collaboration across sales, product, technical, and support teams to meet client needs and enhance business value.

Skills

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail business processes.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and cross-department collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage long-term client relationships and act as primary point of contact for master clients.
  • Conduct POS product demos and support smooth system onboarding for individual stores.
  • Identify and resolve client issues promptly, coordinating technical support as needed.
  • Provide client training and regular product update sessions to ensure proficiency.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and support teams to incorporate client feedback and drive improvements.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field preferred.
