Skills
- Strong analytical and modeling skills including marketing campaign performance, ROI, and forecasting.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Salesforce and Marketo marketing automation.
- Experience with campaign best practices, lead management, data augmentation, lead routing, and lead scoring.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with top-tier organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SQL a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to completion, continually assessing and improving marketing processes to enhance output and revenue.
- Address operational challenges including attribution, lead routing, program automation, and data accuracy improvement.
- Oversee campaign processes, lead handoff, reporting, and collaborate on program execution and testing new channels.
- Analyze campaign effectiveness with data, measure ROI, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with management to increase team metric visibility, uphold SLAs, and improve lead quality and conversion.
- Work with business systems and analytics teams to design and implement infrastructure and automation for scaling.
