What You’ll Do

  • Build and execute digital campaigns across email, organic social media, and landing pages
  • Develop segmentation strategies and nurture workflows in HubSpot to support lead progression
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops on lead scoring models, campaign logic, and reporting accuracy
  • Support paid media strategy by aligning messaging, CTAs, and campaign assets
  • Coordinate multi-channel promotion for product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns
  • Own campaign development in HubSpot, including scheduling, A/B testing, and performance optimization
  • Create and manage email workflows that drive engagement and increase lead score
  • Use HubSpot Social Media tools to manage posting, audience targeting, and performance tracking 
  • Build and optimize landing pages to support campaign objectives and improve form-fill rates
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Ops team to ensure tracking, attribution, and lead routing are accurate
  • Monitor conversion metrics and recommend layout or CTA changes based on data
  • Manage planning and execution for 2–4 trade shows annually, including booth logistics and lead capture
  • Build pre- and post-show marketing campaigns to drive attendance, engagement, and follow-up
  • Own event lead entry and handoff workflows to ensure visibility in the sales pipeline
  • Manage promotional inventory and maintain branded event materials
  • Build campaign dashboards and lead funnel reports in HubSpot
  • Track performance by channel, segment, and tactic to identify areas for improvement
  • Partner with Sales to align demand gen goals with revenue goals and lead quality feedback

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or campaign management
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance tracking and funnel metrics (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates)
  • Proficiency in building multi-touch campaigns and managing lead nurturing programs
  • Experience with event promotion and trade show marketing is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management and prioritization skills
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Bonus: Experience using tools like Asana, Jasper, and/or other AI tools in campaign development
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset for modern marketing
