We're looking for a Head of Growth to own Casa's member lifecycle, from acquisition to activation and retention – experimenting with new channels to discover members, building and optimizing onboarding flows, and using data to scale what works.
This role will be a great fit if you thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments, love blending creativity with systematic testing, and are excited to build a best-in-class growth function from scratch.
Acquisition: Design and run rapid-fire tests across referral, partnerships, content, community, and targeted paid channels; build lean testing frameworks and scale what works
Activation: Own the onboarding funnel from sign-up through "property live"; define the ideal mix of human touch with automation to deliver fast time-to-value
Retention: Build lifecycle communications and surprise-and-delight programs that drive renewals; quantify and surface Casa's value so members see the ROI
Brand & Pricing: Shape Casa's positioning, voice, and creative direction; test and refine membership tiers and pricing
Team Building: Start as an IC, then scope and hire lifecycle, creative, and analytics roles as traction grows; build a test-and-learn culture that gets results
You've built growth engines: 7+ years leading growth at consumer subscription or marketplace brands from early stage to scale – you've personally taken channels from zero to meaningful traction and built high-performing teams, ideally in real estate, home services, or other trust-driven consumer categories
You know what "great" looks like across a range of growth channels (referral programs, BD partnerships, content, community building, selective paid marketing) and you know how to test efficiently before scaling
You're hands-on but systematic: You'll personally run experiments, write copy, and analyze data while building scalable processes – you ship fast and turn messy problems into clear playbooks
You thrive on ownership: You'll quickly take a great early-stage product with traction (that members love!) towards scalable growth, with the expectation to experiment and the resources to double down on what works.
