We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering maximum value in the shortest sustainable lead time that maximizes the delivery of value to customers in the shortest sustainable lead time, and Identifies business and customer needs.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead the vision, roadmap, and strategic direction of a scaled Agile Release Train (ART).
• Translate business and customer needs into prioritized workstreams through the Program Kanban.
• Drive continuous discovery: from customer interviews to competitive analysis and data insights.
• Define and manage complex feature delivery, ensuring alignment with Nonfunctional Requirements (NFRs).
• Collaborate across teams, serving as the voice of the customer and guiding Product Owners and Analysts.
• Own program-level content decisions and release readiness—delivering real value, not just features.
• Provide strategic leadership, coach teams, and contribute to Lean Portfolio Management initiatives.
What You Bring:
• 7–10 years of experience in Product or Operations Management.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience (strongly preferred).
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, especially SAFe.
• Experience managing large ARTs with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to customer engagement and product delivery.
Education & Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SAFe Product Manager certification (or willingness to obtain within 180 days of hire).
