Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to students at risk of not enrolling or who have dropped out using phone, email, and SMS.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new and re-enrolling students.
- Provide ongoing support during the onboarding period to address questions and concerns.
- Ensure accessibility of all necessary onboarding materials and resources.
- Follow up post-onboarding to ensure student adjustment and support.
- Offer personalized assistance to help students navigate post-enrollment and access academic resources.
- Develop and maintain supportive relationships as the primary student contact during onboarding.
- Track and analyze student data to identify at-risk populations and maintain CRM records.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
