The Product Management team is focused on implementing technology products to drive productivity and effectiveness of our customers. We are obsessed with delivering intuitive products that embody CAA’s culture. We seek a curious, creative, and experienced product manager. We are looking for individuals who are highly adaptable, who like solving problems and can drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups. We seek a product manager who can lead products through the full lifecycle from defining the initial vision and product roadmap to implementing sustainable processes for ongoing product support and customer feedback.

  • Actively engage in relevant ART ceremonies (including PO Sync and PI Planning).

  • Over time, manage a team as a supervisor

  • Take on a leading role in broader business and IT initiatives to support the continued growth of CAA

  • Work with our UX/UI design team to design simple and intuitive product experiences.

  • Create product roadmaps and work closely with business leaders and our engineering teams to deliver new products and feature enhancements. Orchestrate the work of our engineers throughout the development cycle to deliver the highest quality products.

  • Work closely with our corporate stakeholders to ensure that compliance, data privacy, financial and HR requirements are represented during product development.

  • Have deep understanding and empathy for customer needs, using user research and creative feedback mechanisms to validate product hypotheses and optimal product solutions. This will include working with our Service Delivery team to elicit their input on new product features.

  • Be data-driven and use data to decide the best opportunities that deliver the most business impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management managing products at all stages of the digital product life cycle (early-stage products, mature digital products, and late-stage products) and accountable for the voice of the customers you support and the product(s) you own.

  • 4+ years' experience managing products using Scaled Agile practices (e.g. SAFe) and operating in Scrum-based Agile teams.

  • Experience in the Sports, Media and Entertainment industry is preferred

  • Strong experience in Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.

  • Proficient with Chrome developer tools or similar in other browsers to test product features and troubleshoot issues.
