Position Summary:

As an Assistant Scientist, Analytical Sciences within Cell Therapy Analytical Development, this energetic, collaborative and motivate individual will be responsible for analytical testing in support of early and late-stage drug product and vector development. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine assays in support of multiple early and late-stage development efforts
• Record results in an electronic lab notebook (ELN) for review and release
• Gain proficiency in multiple methods, such as PCR, FLOW Cytometry, ELISA, Luminex, et al.
• Contribute to laboratory operations including reagent preparation, consumables restocking, cell line maintenance and general cleanup/lab duties
• Reinforce safe workplace practices in accordance with company and OSHA policies/procedures

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus on life sciences
• Basic knowledge of laboratory techniques
• Experience with ELN systems is preferred
• Motivation and drive to acquire new skills and knowledge
• Willingness to work in a regulated industrial environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and oral communication skills

The starting compensation for this job is a range from $69,000 - $86,000,

plus incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility). The starting pay rate takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills and the geographic location where work is performed.
