Mid Market Account Executive

Brightflag, a leader in enterprise legal management software powered by AI, is looking for a Mid Market Account Executive to drive new business growth in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS solutions to legal, finance, or procurement teams, and thrive in complex sales environments.

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Mid Market SaaS sales.
  • Proven track record selling SaaS products to in-house legal counsel.
  • Experience selling to finance, legal, or procurement teams, preferably in startups or high-growth tech companies.
  • Technical aptitude and collaboration experience with Sales Engineers.
  • Strong relationship-building and navigation skills in complex enterprise structures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Competitive drive with a strong closing ability.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales development teams to generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across target accounts through various communication methods.
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales to position Brightflag’s unique solutions and close substantial SaaS contracts.
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to customize solutions and ensure smooth deal execution.
  • Identify business process gaps during engagements with enterprise prospects and demonstrate Brightflag’s value.
  • Participate actively in quarterly team summits, industry conferences, and client meetings.
