- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) License with turbine aircraft experience
- 5+ years line maintenance experience
- Ability to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in high-stress situations and multi-task
- Fluent English language skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily aircraft maintenance with Flight Operations to support the flight schedule
- Alert and coordinate emergency maintenance and arrange timely repairs
- Monitor maintenance operations and ensure repairs comply with company and regulatory requirements
- Maintain liaison with IOCC and report on fleet mechanical status during irregular operations
- Ensure operation and repair of systems in accordance with MEL, CDL, and approved deferrals
- Coordinate availability of required parts and troubleshooting expertise
- Schedule Ferry Flights or Functional Check Flights as needed
- Notify management of incidents or safety concerns per ERM guidelines
- Adhere to company values and performance standards
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent minimum
- Preferred: 4-year degree in Aerospace, Aviation Maintenance, or Business
