SUMMARY:
The Sales Leader exists to execute the market sales strategy. The Sales Leader plays a vital role in both generating opportunities and closing opportunities. They will work closely with the General Manager in accomplishing market sales goals. They must have a strong desire to see Booster’s impact grow through the accomplishment of a successful sales strategy.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting
Set the strategy of outbound prospecting in concert with the General Manager
Leadership of prospecting for sales specialist, and ensure the results for great prospecting, in order to help execute effective sales emails, phone calls, drops ins, events, etc.
Deliver Sales Presentations
Execute discover calls, sales meetings, and all web lead follow up.
Sales Pipeline Owner
Own sales opportunities from discovery to closure, ensuring a high close rate.
Provide a premium sales experience to potential school partners at every stage of the sales funnel.
Maintain up-to-date records and activity in the CRM system.
Implement strategies to maximize conversion rates and optimize the sales process.
Market Knowledge
Collaborate with the General Manager to stay informed about in-market competition, industry trends and product differentials.
Develop and maintain knowledge of competitor products and market landscape.
Generate recommendation letters endorsing Booster’s products/services.
Assist Sales Forecasting and Growth Strategies
Work with the General Manager to produce short-term and long term growth strategies.
