The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Information Technology Product Specialist (Mid-Level or Senior) to function in a Scrum Master role on the team in Seattle, WA

Boeing Fleet Link is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Product Specialist to manage the development and enhancement of our fleet management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development, requirements management, agile methodologies, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, manage product backlog, create traceable and testable requirements, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product management, customer experience designers, customers, engineering, marketing, and sales, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and functional requirements

  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility

  • Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and delivery

  • Act as a Scrum Master, facilitating team dynamics and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives

  • Act as the focal to provide guidance to the development team throughout the product lifecycle

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience with technical product management

  • 3+ years of experience within information technology

  • 3+ years of experience working within a development environment using Agile methodologies

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

  • Experience in writing technical software requirements

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience

  • 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Experience with fleet management systems or aviation industry systems

  • Experience working cross-functionally with all levels of employees

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range for Mid-Level: $108,800 – $147,200

Summary pay range for Senior: $131,750 – $178,250
