Skills
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Familiarity with international accounting, especially Dutch GAAP
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and ensure timely GAAP-compliant reporting
- Research and apply complex technical accounting standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting function
- Administer and optimize NetSuite for financial reporting and compliance
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with regulations
- Support treasury functions and manage cash flow forecasting
- Oversee preparation and filing of tax compliance
- Collaborate with international finance teams on local standards
- Streamline accounting operations using AI-based technologies
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
