Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and advise on commercial agreements including software/SAAS licenses, NDAs, and vendor contracts.
- Provide legal counseling on product features, commercial transactions, and general operations.
- Manage complex commercial deal issues and drive alignment across teams.
- Own the contracting cycle from draft to execution, collaborating with business and product teams.
- Build and streamline the contracting process to support company scaling.
- Support HR, Marketing, Product Development, and other teams with contracts, research, and risk counseling.
- Serve as a versatile team player addressing legal needs as delegated by General Counsel.
Education
- J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.
- Membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
