Brown & Brown Insurance is seeking a Producer to join our team in Minneapolis, MN!
The Sales Producer is responsible for promoting the sale of new and renewal business, providing a source of insurance expertise to clients, and assisting in the growth and profitability of the department.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Pursue new client and prospect opportunities in Employee Benefits, and Property/Casualty insurance as applicable.
Building relationships and brand recognition for Brown & Brown in the Minneapolis region.
Networking with other sales, financial, legal, and HR professionals.
Bringing new client opportunities to closure.
Maintaining client relationships for account renewals and continuous growth.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
3+ years’ experience in B2B Insurance Sales, and/or related experience
Active MN Producer License (or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment)
Currently networked and familiar with the MN area
Entrepreneurial and driven individual that’s motivated to build a book of business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Demonstrates a sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting client needs
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Exceptional customer service skills
AMS360 experience / ImageRight preferred

Pay Range
$100,000 - $125,000 AnnualThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
