- Experience with AWS deployment and cloud-based infrastructure

Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of 4-6 software engineers, including performance reviews and coaching
- Contribute hands-on coding and conduct code reviews to improve development practices
- Collaborate with Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, and Ops teams to drive technical initiatives
- Partner with Product, PMO, and stakeholders to coordinate work and communicate progress
- Make operational decisions aligning with project goals and plans
- Participate actively in recruiting and employee retention efforts
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field preferred
