Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced B2B SaaS marketing leader (8+ years) to define, own, and build Avante’s marketing function from the ground up. This Head of Marketing role is a new leadership position and offers the opportunity to join Avante’s executive team, working directly with the founders to shape our go-to-market strategy.
You will craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives pipeline generation, customer acquisition, and brand development—in alignment with our mission and revenue goals.In the short term, this is a hands-on, “player-coach” role. You’ll lead by doing: executing high-impact campaigns, launching new initiatives, and working closely with sales to build early traction. Over time, you’ll hire, mentor, and lead a team, transitioning from day-to-day execution into a true strategic leadership role.
