Location: This is a hybrid position based in Alexandria, VA, requiring some in-office time.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $95,000 - $140,000.

As the Associate Director, Brand at ATD, you will report to the Senior Director, Marketing & Digital Strategy and will lead the development and execution of creative, innovative, and results-driven strategies that position the ATD brand effectively. This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth by leveraging various omni-channel marketing and communication tactics. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of brand management, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful brand and marketing initiatives.
