Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based patient care modalities including CBT, DBT, Trauma Therapy, and Addiction Therapy in individual and group sessions.
- Complete timely clinical assessments, treatment plans, documentation, and maintain accurate patient records.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on patients’ safety plans and engage patients in their treatment plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team case planning, supervision, and ongoing professional development.
- Ensure compliance with clinical, contractual, regulatory, and legal requirements in documentation.
Education
- Active and unrestricted mental health license in California (ACSW, AMFT, or equivalent).
- Willingness or eligibility to obtain California Medical License.
