Skills
- Proficiency in frontend technologies: React, TypeScript, AntD, Jest, React Testing Library.
- Strong backend skills with Ruby, Rails, Node, Postgres, Redis, Sidekiq Pro, RSpec.
- Working knowledge of Shell, SQL, configuration and environment management.
- Experience with workflow and deployment tools like Github, AWS, DataDog, Jira, Confluence, Sentry, Code Climate, Pagerduty, Slack.
- Ability to work in agile development environments and embrace changing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Drive innovation and build scalable software solutions.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Tech Leads on estimates and commitments.
- Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize development efficiency.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders including senior leadership.
- Participate in on-call rotation for operational support.
