Responsibilities
- Respond to support emails and user requests from internal and external system users
- Log and track all help desk queries and follow through until resolution
- Assist with login, usage, and browser troubleshooting issues
- Interact with customers and internal teams to resolve problems
- Manage user administration and act as liaison with higher support levels
- Create and update documentation and report software bugs
- Assist with training new team members
- Maintain attendance and punctuality
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Relevant experience preferred in technology support roles
