This position is essential in maintaining accurate records and supporting our administrative operations. Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain accurate data in various databases and internal systems.
- Verify and correct data entries to ensure high accuracy.
- Prepare reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary data or documentation.
- Support the team by managing emails and communication regarding data-related queries.
- Perform routine backups and data maintenance to prevent loss of information.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- 1 year proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data management software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
