- Comfortable working independently and in ambiguity.
Responsibilities
- Lead drafting, structuring, and negotiating complex commercial contracts with automotive OEMs and AV ecosystem partners.
- Serve as trusted legal advisor to leadership on matters critical to business growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams on key initiatives.
- Support IP, Product, and Compliance activities as needed.
- Create legal forms, playbooks, and training to improve consistency and risk mitigation.
- Develop and implement scalable legal operations processes and tools.
- Manage additional duties as part of a small, high-growth legal team.
Education
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in at least one state bar.
