WW Sales Finance Manager
Description
- Own the WW Sales demand plan for multiple lines of business taking into consideration a dynamic global environment. Drive automation and improvement in forecast data quality and adoption of reporting tools & dashboards. - Partner closely with sales, finance, product marketing and supply demand management on demand / market trends and key sales initiatives to navigate the business forward and provide executive updates. - Provide analytical support for weekly sales operating cadence. Establish reporting and models to evaluate performance, coordinate with sales and finance team to report performance, respond to ad-hoc questions. - Influence various teams and be comfortable being the central point of contact across teams and geographies. Present analysis and findings to senior executives across Sales and Finance.
Minimum Qualifications
7+ years sales/finance/business development related work experience 2+ years proven experience managing, developing and coaching as leader of a team Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other quantitative field

Demonstrated ability to conduct complex, data driven analysis Experience developing processes and/or improving existing processes, with desire to influence change across teams and organizations Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate results of analysis in easy to understand business terms Strong prioritization skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Thrive in a fast-pace, demanding environment Must be able to think strategically on critical business issues, while simultaneously possessing the ability to act tactically to execute against them MBA, or relevant advanced Degree highly preferred.
