Responsibilities
- Own manufacturing value chain for electronics, avionics, and harnessing
- Develop novel tooling solutions for structural part fabrication and assembly
- Create process flows for complex assembly breakdowns
- Write manufacturing documentation: work instructions, quality plans, inspection requirements
- Collaborate with contract manufacturers to develop scalable and repeatable processes
- Build prototype hardware hands-on with technicians and engineers
- Contribute to mechanical and electrical hardware design, including interconnects and inspection
- Travel to suppliers for sourcing, production issue resolution, and quality implementation
Education
- Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Hard Science related to complex systems and avionics
