Responsibilities
- Own all production outcomes including ramp plans, headcount, and NPI.
- Drive people and resources to meet production goals across multiple products.
- Serve as both strategic leader and hands-on executor within production operations.
- Hold cross-functional teams accountable for on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Advance Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align with a 5-year aerospace manufacturing vision.
- Mature products from prototype to full-rate production by optimizing processes.
- Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Deployment Operations, and Program Management.
- Manage teams with financial, quality, and delivery KPIs.
- Advise on and implement digital production technologies including PLM, ERP, MES, and QMS.
- Ensure compliance with AS9100D guidelines.
- Partner with SVP of Manufacturing on strategy.
Education
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering preferred but not required.
