 The U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology (USCDT) team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.

Required Skills

  •  Computer Science degree, or equivalent with at-least 10+ years of work experience and at least 8 years of experience with respect to Business Intelligence.
  • Hands-on experience in Google Cloud Platform, Data engineering stack like Big Query, Data Proc, Data Flow, Cloud Composer etc.
  • 10+ years of experience in Bigdata technologies – Spark/PySpark/Hive/HBase/Kafka
  • Experience in building scalable data pipelines
  • Strong experience with SQL databases (Postgres, MySQL, etc.)
  • Hands on experience with Rest/GraphQL APIs
  • Experience working with Python Backend development, shell scripting
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau
  • Good understanding of modern software engineering practices and tools
  • Experience in CI/CD process and tools like – Git, Docker, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, XL Release etc.
  • Understanding of various Software Delivery Lifecycle methodologies particularly SAFe Agile and tools such as Confluence, Rally / Jira.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for migrating applications from OnPrem Big Data Platform to GCP and hardening the architecture by effectively working with the partnering teams.
  • Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, UAT and production environments while working closely with product partners and users.
  • Function as a leader on a software engineering team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices.
  • Promote reuse and collaboration across shared services and components by bringing to bear enterprise frameworks and implement product roadmaps.
  • Ensure compliance with technical, architectural, and strategic standards, policies, and procedures.


Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
