The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.
The US Membership Engagement teams sits within US Customer Loyalty Marketing (USCLM) as a critical and foundational arm to deliver marketing on behalf of the enterprise to win the hearts, minds and wallets of our customers and deliver on the brand promise. As a team we are at the helm of evolving our cross-channel customer engagement strategies for core products. We are seeking a Senior Analyst of Platinum Loyalty Marketing who will partner closely with the Senior Manager to drive ongoing innovation across the Consumer Platinum Card cross-channel marketing curriculum.
How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Analyst - Platinum Loyalty Marketing, will focus on progressing and leveraging data to deepen personalization and a cohesive benefit enrollment journey across key loyalty channels, including the Value Summary curriculum. This individual will partner closely with Product, Benefit Owners, Enterprise Comms & Martech Experiences (ECMX), New Product Development, Legal, Compliance, Servicing, and Channel Owners to develop enhancements and synergies to new and existing marketing curriculums and servicing communications.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated, customer centric marketer who is interested in understanding the fundamentals of our Loyalty channels and capabilities to further our ability to innovate as a team. He/She should be excited to collaborate with partners across the organization, bring strong organizational/project management skills, attention to detail, and a strategic mindset to their work.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
