The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to two Global Dining Vice Presidents - one based virtually in Phoenix and the other located in the Chicago office - responsible for leading the Hospitality Sales and Support organization with 200+ colleagues located across the US .
The ideal candidate must be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative tasks, highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Executive Assistant will be based out of the Chicago office and required to be in the office three days a week.

Salary Range: $24.05 to $48.10 hourly + bonus + benefits
