Responsibilities
- Provide application solutions for assigned business areas under Manager direction.
- Possess functional knowledge of assigned application technology.
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Translate requirements into user story maps, design documents, and use cases.
- Deliver functional specifications and business process workflows to development teams.
- Collaborate with development teams during build, configuration, and testing.
- Perform application configuration and functional testing.
- Ensure software meets business specifications.
- Demonstrate new functionality to business users and obtain feedback.
- Review vendor documentation and user manuals.
- Respond to support calls escalated by the Service Desk.
- Participate in user focus groups, workshops, training, and vendor demos.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
