Job Description:

The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of end-to-end Lead-to-Opportunity processes within Sales Cloud & Marketing Cloud. This role involves driving discovery sessions, defining scalable architecture, and delivering solutions for lead management, opportunity tracking, account planning, and territory management. 

The ideal candidate will not only bring deep Salesforce expertise and strong business acumen but also an AI-first mindset, leveraging AI and Agentic AI capabilities to automate workflows, optimize decision-making, and enhance sales operations. This includes implementing intelligent lead scoring, predictive opportunity insights, and next-best-action recommendations to boost sales efficiency and accuracy 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead discovery workshops to gather, define, and document current and future state business processes and functional requirements for Lead to Opportunity Processes. 

  • Develop robust, scalable and flexible solutions through the creation of architectural designs, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts and demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders 

  • Develop comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRD) that capture stakeholder needs and project goals. 

  • Act as the overall solution owner during the implementation phase ensuring the project’s scope and outcomes are on track 

  • Implement solutions to enhance opportunity tracking and management, ensuring accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, and collaborating with sales teams to refine processes and improve conversion rates.   

  • Implement lead management processes including AI-driven lead capture, qualification, and routing to maximize conversion rates and sales team efficiency. 

  • Enable strategic account planning using tools that surface AI-curated insights from historical data, stakeholder engagement, and opportunity patterns. 

  • Develop solutions that support strategic account planning and management, enabling sales teams to build strong relationships and drive growth.  

  • Implement tools and processes for account segmentation and prioritization.  

  • Design and manage territory management solutions that optimize sales coverage and resource allocation 

  • Oversees processes and implements standard practices to ensure integrity, safety and availability of data and applications across the organization. 

 

 

Salary Range

The pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Actual salary may vary based on a number of factors including job location, job-related knowledge, skills, experiences, trainings, etc. We also offer incentive opportunities that reward employees based on individual and company performance.

$200.4k- $290.1kUSD

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. 

  • 8 + years of experience as a Salesforce Business analyst / Solution Architect role leading enterprise-scale CRM projects demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud with hands-on experience building POC. 

  • Proven experience with AI and Agentic AI applications in CRM workflows—such as predictive lead scoring, opportunity health modeling, content personalization, and autonomous process automation. 

  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets and using salesforce data tools. 

  • Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, process builder, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, etc. 

  • Salesforce Certification (ex- Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus 

  • Demonstrated experience managing Salesforce projects using Agile delivery methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative delivery. 

  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills—capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

  • Proven track record of implementing innovative technology solutions that drive business value. 

  • M&A knowledge is a plus.
