Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries across multiple channels.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to gaming products and provide solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Assist in the development of customer support documentation and FAQs.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Engage with customers in a polite and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Stay informed about product updates and features to effectively assist customers.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming products is an advantage.
