The Role
AXS is seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Social, to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will manage a $1-2M annual paid social marketing budget across hundreds of campaigns and spanning thousands of events, utilizing expertise in Meta, TikTok and Snap, as well as scalability and automation platforms such as Smartly or Hunch. This role will be key in driving daily optimizations and strategic initiatives to maximize ROI and scale our digital marketing efforts, specifically in paid social.

Pay Scale: $100,765- $130,000
Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
