Responsibilities
UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Medical Group has an excellent Family Medicine opportunity in our multi-specialty clinic in Carol Stream.
- Well established community practice
- Inherit large patient panel; accepting new patients
- Full-time clinic hours; 36 patient facing hours per week
- 1:4 call
- Patient friendly hours include: 1 evening per week and 1 Saturday morning per month
- Other specialty practices on site
- Lab and Xray on site
- PTO and CME
- Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
Annual Salary: $220K-280K
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and US residency program
- Current Illinois Physician medical license in good standing
- Board Certified/Eligible, required
