As the Sales Coordinator, you are the face and force behind first impressions—elevating every guest interaction into a memorable, meaningful, and revenue-driving experience. You'll sit at the intersection of sales, operations, and client experience, helping guide high-intent prospects into our exclusive offerings and supporting the success of our rapidly growing workshop division.

Be the first in-person touchpoint for our most valuable guests during in-person workshops in Las Vegas.
Own the lead qualification and nurturing process through follow-ups (text, email, and calls).
Keep the pipeline tight and active, ensuring long-term nurturing is in place for all qualified leads.
Coordinate with the Sales Director to ensure seamless handoffs, strategic targeting, and a consistent cadence of follow-up.
Prepare rich, detailed prospect profiles and notes to set the sales team up for success.
Track lead stages in our CRM (clean data is non-negotiable).
Manage scheduling and calendar coordination between prospects and closers.
Handle special requests from the sales team to keep the process frictionless and fast.
Curate the invitation experience for top prospects attending our highest-tier offerings.
A natural connector with emotional intelligence and poise in high-stakes rooms.
Strong written and verbal communicator who thrives across multiple channels (phone, email, text).
Sales-oriented thinker who can see opportunity in a conversation and know how to guide it forward.
Background in sales, customer success, or client services (3–5 years preferred).
Highly organized with an operational mindset—you understand pipelines and can work independently to manage them.
Confident in working under pressure, managing time, and prioritizing ruthlessly.
Energized by growth, high standards, and personal development.

$85,000 - $110,000 base salary
