AR & Account Coordinator Specialist

Responsibilities
- Manage collection of accounts receivable by collaborating with project managers and homeowners.
- Contact homeowners by phone regarding outstanding payments, payment plans, and related documents.
- Prepare and process construction lien documents related to receivables.
- Act as an account coordinator between Finance and external contacts to manage receivables and lien statuses.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, payment statuses, and follow-up tasks.
- Provide updates to internal teams regarding collections progress or issues.
- Handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly.
- Support process improvements within AR and lien workflows.
- Assist with general administrative support to the Finance department.
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent is implied.
