Amazon Catalog Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Catalog Specialist to manage and maintain our product catalog data. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product information across the US & UK/EU Marketplaces. This role requires strong communication skills to coordinate with Amazon support and the ability to improve listing visibility through content optimization and A+ Content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute flat file uploads with precision, ensuring error-free product listings and updates.
• Create and manage parent-child variations across product categories.
• Set up and maintain new product listings, ensuring all required fields and compliance guidelines are met.
• Handle listing reinstatement and resolve compliance-related issues through proper documentation and communication with Amazon.
• Perform listing content updates, including title, bullet points, descriptions, and back-end attributes.
• Open and manage cases with Amazon support via chat and phone to resolve catalog-related issues quickly and effectively.
• Conduct listing optimization to improve search visibility and conversion, including keyword research and SEO best practices.
• Manage and publish PA+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content) for eligible ASINs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 Years of proven experience managing Amazon catalogs (Seller Central)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation).
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience using project management tools such as Click Up and team communication tools like Slack for effective collaboration and task tracking.
