Responsibilities

- Provide technical expertise on Workato products, deployment models, and governance.
- Educate internal teams on business value achieved through automation.
- Implement processes and programs to increase product usage and cross-sell opportunities.
- Serve as primary escalation contact to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Provide data-driven analysis to inform decision-making and product roadmap.
- Act as trusted advisor and advocate for customers within the company.
- Collaborate effectively with customer teams during US working hours.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
