As a Supply Chain Analyst at Wilson, your role is pivotal in streamlining our footwear category's supply chain operations. You will be instrumental in forecasting and purchasing strategies, focusing specifically on the unique trends and demands of the footwear market. Collaborating cross-functionally with commercial and sales teams, you will craft and refine demand plans that not only propel sales but also align closely with market movements specific to footwear and consumer behavior. Your expertise will ensure optimal inventory levels, preventing overstock scenarios while meeting our financial objectives.
In this role, you will also take the lead in securing the necessary inventory from suppliers, ensuring that our product lines - from everyday wear to high-performance athletic shoes - are well-positioned to meet our diverse customer needs. This will involve a close examination of supply chain processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains specific to the footwear industry, and contributing to a sustainable model that supports the company's growth and market presence.

This role requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration or a related field plus 2-4 years of prior softgoods supply chain experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

What We’ll Provide
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $60,000-$90,000 per year at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education, and/or training. Please note that the range details reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program.
