Responsibilities
- Assist consultants with preparation of partnership tax schedules for construction entities
- Respond to tax notices and assist with audits and examinations from tax authorities
- Conduct research and implement efficient tax strategies
- Prepare quarterly tax schedules and assist with financial compilations
- Maintain capital tables and coordinate compliance with other departments
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Master’s in Taxation is a plus
- CPA or CPA eligible preferred
