Responsibilities
- Research, define, plan, and implement new TPA and claims processing systems.
- Configure and maintain adjudication logic and provider payment schedules.
- Ensure data accuracy across claims, eligibility, and provider files.
- Lead new market entry planning and implementation for business applications.
- Collaborate with the Training team for technology training materials.
- Perform workflow assessments and design workflows to meet business needs.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Master's degree preferred
